Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If your Light Wrangler isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
All four winders must be included when returning a 4-pack.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@kaboomstick3dp.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process any approved refund to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Something not right? We’ll work to make it right!
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue if possible.
We’ll review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
This reporting window does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
